Sales, Return, Service Agreement and Privacy Policies

1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to purchase any kind of our computers you must be ready to present any government-provided form of identification in our local store, preferably your driver's license, no student ID's are accepted. Your contact information will remain confidential and will not be sold or used by third parties for solicitation.

2. Our computers
Our custom built computers will be loaded with the most current devices from selected brands. All of our computers come with an original and genuine Microsoft Windows license key and each custom built computer goes through a 24/7 testing process for 2 calendar days. After the computer is tested, it is put on sale for a designated price plus the state sales tax in our online store as well as in our local store.

3. Returns & Warranty
You will be provided with a blucable certificate of warranty (if applicable).
You may be eligible to return if:
The computer stopped working for no reason in a period of 6 months of day of purchase.
The product did not fit your expectations and is returned in 2 calendar days of date of purchase and it is in the same working and physical conditions that it was at the time of purchase.

You may not be eligible to return a computer if:
There is sign of physical damage.
The warranty seal provided by our store is missing, ripped or removed.
The windows license key provided is missing.

We offer a 3 months warranty on any of our refubrished computers, you can purchase warranty time only on new or manufactured computers (Within 30 days of purchase). One year warranty will be an option available on our (brand-new) custom built computers with an additional option of purchase of extra warranty time of 1 to 2 years. Please read the following details about our warranty:

a. What is the warranty coverage?: The warranty will cover any software related problems that the computer may come up for 30 calendar days. If a second software problem occurs during the warranty period, the warranty is only effective if the preinstalled software has not been removed or modified. If the computer stops working do not try to fix it yourself (doing this will void the warranty), please bring it to us immediately for repair free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty will cover hardware as long as there is no physical damage and the warranty seal/sticker is not missing, damaged or ripped. We will cover computer hardware that stops working for no reason in a period of 30 calendar days. We strongly encourage you to take very good care of your computer as all computers are not "hitting friendly" and by doing this you avoid problems to yourself and to us.

b. What will the warranty not cover: The warranty will not cover computers with sign of physical damage of any kind. All computers will have seal or sticker. If this is removed, damaged, ripped, or missing, the warranty is completely void. We will have an online profile for each computer with detailed pictures showing the conditions in which they were sold. If the computer is damaged by any kind of accident, warranty is void also unless you purchase our premium warranty package. If you use a different power cord other than the one provided with the computer system, this may cause an overcharge in the computer and cause it to collapse, things like this will make the warranty to be voided automatically.

4. Abandonment Policy

Due to the limited space and property liability issues, we CANNOT hold your device forever. Keeping with this, all customers agree to make a diligent effort to keep in contact with blucable and decide how they would like their device/order resolved in a timely manner. If blucable doesn't hear from you (via e-mail, phone or fax) for a period of more than 35 days we will assume you have abandoned your device/order with us and we will take the following action: We will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or phone (if we have both) at least 3 times and wait until it has been 15 days since our last contact with our customer. If then we are still are unable to resolve the desired action, we will still wait 5 more days making this a total of 55 days, at that point we will assume your device/order and its contents have been permanently abandoned and we will irreversibly make dispose of your device/order.



1.1 Blucable® will only perform and provide computer services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. Blucable® will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
1.2 Computer service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer can not be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded. (Examples: Age of PC, repair/replacement parts obsolete (memory chips, motherboards, etc.)
1.3 The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted. (See para 2.1 below)
1.4 You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. Blucable® will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 4.4 below)
1.5 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other necessary software on your computer to perform required services. All software will be deleted / uninstalled upon completion of the service.


2.1 Computer services/repairs are billed as stated on the service order provided. By the hour: Charges will be calculated in quarter-hour increments, and carry a minimum half-hour charge of $35.00. Each quarter hour additional charge will be $20.00. The maximum service charge will be $200.00 (2 hrs+ 45 minutes) regardless of time required to service/repair your PC beyond this time frame. By the job: A total price will be given to you based on your needs before hand.
2.2 An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.
2.3 In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit.
2.4 In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored by Blucable®.


3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
3.2 Computer parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance.
3.3 Blucable® accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. Note: Checks are cleared within 24 hours as an eCheck.


4.1 Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).
4.2 Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer, not damage it.
4.3 In the case of accidental damage of data to your system or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, bad configured software, or hardware problems/failures -You agree to hold Blucable® and any person(s) associated with Blucable® or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
4.4 It is your responsibility to backup your data. Blucable® will not be responsible for data loss. (See para 1.4 above)


5.1 Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.
5.2 All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
5.3 Free support will be provided for problems to be resolved from the service order, but not resolved.


6.1 All services and repairs are guaranteed for 10 days from the completion / acceptance date on the Service Order.
6.2 If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician. Then Blucable® will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. Only the new parts will be charged. (See examples on the backside.)


7.1 Free Estimates. All repair/service estimates are free.
7.2 A $25.00 Estimate Fee is charged after 30 minutes if the technician is not allowed to concentrate on the estimate for service.
7.3 Customers are asked to not interrupt the technician as the evaluation and estimate are completed. Save all additional questions until after you receive the estimate.
7.4 Answer only those questions that the technician may ask in order to properly evaluate your PCs problem.
